Co-founder of ConnectAnd Improv LLC, Jenny Drescher is an invigorating speaker and coach with a bold, funny style. An accomplished performance Improviser and candid-yet-kind facilitator, she draws out courage and playfulness in her audiences and students. She has 10+ years of coaching and training experience in workplaces and service agencies and has been a certified coach since 2007. She performs on two improv comedy teams in CT and MA. With her partner in crime, Ellen Ornato, these ConnectAnd co-founders teach their students to engage in their businesses and personal lives with confidence, courage, and ease. A personal and professional development company marrying principles and skills from business and the art of Improv, ConnectAnd is on a mission to instill authentic, meaningful human connection into the business world.
