Cindy Maher and Jamie Guite from Leading Edge Consultants will lead a workshop titled:  Maximizing Energy in a World That Sucks You Dry

Tired?  Join the club!  As women, our response to rising demands and pressures in the workplace and homeplace is usually to work longer.  Unfortunately, that quickly takes a toll on our productivity, creativity, engagement and health.  The problem with time is that it’s a finite resource (you only get 24 hours in a day).  But energy is renewable.  During this workshop, you’ll explore the four wellsprings of energy and take a close look at what you’re doing to contribute to your leadership effectiveness and reputation.  This unique and transformational keynote will engage you through an innovative mix of improvisational comedy, cutting edge research, and peer learning.  You’ll walk away inspired, renewed, and ready to move forward.

During this session, you will:

•     Identify the four wellsprings of energy and how it relates to you
•     Recognize your own energy deficits and commit to critical strategies and rituals to expand energy
•     Clarify your values and assess whether your life is aligned with what is most important to you
•     Laugh (and perhaps cry), and walk away feeling transformed

Cindy Maher is a co-founding partner and President of Leading Edge Coaching & Development. She leads a powerhouse of talented and comedic instructors who focus on bringing unique leadership learning experiences to Fortune 500 companies, government agencies and universities around the U.S. and abroad. With more than 25 years of experience in leadership education, executive team development, and performance management strategies, Cindy has executed hundreds of organizational development projects for organizations across the globe including: Aetna, the FDA and National Institutes of Health, the States of Connecticut, Minnesota, and California, Case-Western University, US Bank, and many more. Cindy brings best practices and an innovative approach to all of her work whether she is working with a team of senior leaders, delivering keynotes at international conferences, or implementing organization-wide employee engagement surveys.
